This website has been created for the purpose of posting the company’s annual report and proxy materials each year, as required by SEC regulations, in order to provide shareholders with Internet access to those materials in addition to the hard copies which are mailed to them. No log in, password, or control number is required in order to access those materials. Shareholders will not vote online, but rather, as in the past, by signing and mailing the proxy form in the return envelope provided, or by attendance at the annual shareholders meeting.
